FAQ

Can the recipient change the delivery address? 

Absolutely! Kindly advise them to contact us either by phone or email to request the desired modification with a minimum of 2 days' notice prior to the scheduled delivery. This advance notification will allow us to efficiently accommodate their changes and ensure a seamless experience.

Can the recipient change the date themselves?

Apologies, but in order to make the desired changes to the delivery date, we kindly request you to cancel the current subscription and proceed with a new subscription starting from the date you wish to switch to. For instance, if your current subscription is set for Monday weekly, and you wish to change it to Friday weekly, you'll need to cancel the existing subscription and create a fresh one with the Friday weekly option.

Where do you deliver? 

We deliver to most locations in the GTA. Please check your address during checkout for availability. Some remote areas in Toronto might be excluded. 

When will the flowers be delivered?

Regarding subscriptions, our delivery schedule is limited to Mondays and Fridays. Subscriptions are designed to cater to our customers' preferences, as many individuals prefer to have fresh flowers at the start of the week (Monday) for their workplace or on Fridays to adorn their homes and welcome guests over the weekend. We appreciate your understanding and hope this schedule aligns well with your needs for a delightful floral experience.

How long will the flowers last? 

Our subscriptions feature a delightful mix of local and imported flowers, providing a diverse range of varieties. Due to the different vase lives of these flowers, the subscription's lifespan typically ranges from 5 to 10 days, ensuring a beautiful experience for our customers.

Will the flowers look the same each time? 

Not at all! We take great pride in utilizing both locally sourced and imported flowers, carefully hand-picking the finest seasonal blooms for our arrangements. Embracing creativity and innovation, our designs are continuously evolving, ensuring that each arrangement is one-of-a-kind and distinct. Our commitment to delivering fresh and captivating floral creations remains unwavering, and we guarantee that no two arrangements will ever be identical. 

Where will the flowers be left if I am not home? 

For condo residents, we are pleased to leave the flowers with your concierge, provided they are willing to accept them. However, please note that our drivers do not deliver directly to your apartment door.If you reside in a house and no one is available to receive the flowers, we can leave them at your doorstep or with a pre-requested neighbour.

What tools do I need? 

In order to ensure a pleasant experience with your floral arrangement, it is essential to have a floral clipper and a vase on hand. Rest assured that the flower food will be delivered alongside your flowers.

Do I have to prepay? 

At W Floral, unlike many other Toronto flower shops, we do not require a substantial upfront payment. Instead, you have the convenience of paying for each order before it is dispatched, allowing you to avoid a significant initial investment.

Am I able to cancel my subscription?

Certainly! By signing into your account, you can easily initiate the cancellation process at any time. Typically, payments are processed within 48 hours prior to the shipment being dispatched. It's important to note that any payment that has already been charged is non-cancellable.
