Our delivery time window is between 10 am - 7 pm during Valentine's Day period. Our couriers create their delivery plans based on the most efficient and environmentally-friendly route each day. Because of this, they cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for individual orders. If you have plans on Valentine's Day, we suggest you receive the flowers a day in advance.
If you're not home, your bouquet will be left at the door (no weather guaranteed) and a text message will be sent to the provided contact number. If the bouquet is delivered to a condo, please make sure the recipient is home (or concierge is available), or else an extra cost of $30 will occur for a second delivery attempt on Valentine's Day.
All preserved roses have an average of 1.5 - 2 years of shelf life while keeping them dried. Please do not store them under sunlight or any where that can get moist.
